I am looking to build muscles and I have also started my workouts as well but I want to know whether to build muscles we should take protein products like XS whey protein? Or we should focus purely on our natural diet like eating salads, juice soup ? Can anyone tell me which protein products I should take which has no harmful effects and also helps long term

Next Steps
Contact me for customized diet plan through practo direct consultation it's really work.
Dear Practo user, it's a semi-professional guideline as there is lack of information you have shared.
Height, weight, present diet or exercise timing etc.
However you have to calculate the calorie you take & calorie you burn on daily basis to maintain food value, meat or fish are raw source of protein, which is solely to be taken along with some specialised food suppliments like Gold-standerd products with professional guideline of a Dietician, if you are interested to participate in professional body building. you can ask me also.
Thanks
