Cramps in thigh region
All of a sudden at night, i started getting cramps in right thigh sideways. Those cramps are unbearable also they are not continuously painful but with a gap Of 2 mins it gives a cramp which is almost unbearable. What can be done to reduce the pain. Suddenly it has started never experienced before.

1. Moist hot water compression, 5 minutes thrice daily for 2 weeks over thigh and buttock region to be done. 2. Bed rest for 2-3 days. 3. Inj Myoril(4mg) I'M once a day for 2-3 days can be taken for additional muscle relaxation (optional). 4. Hip/Adductor Stretching Exercises can be done once comfortable.

Generally cramps r seen in calf and thigh muscles after strenuous work, lot of sweating, empty stomach and dehydration.
