Hi!! According to your age..your lifestyle and positions will have to be checked...along with muscle weakness and vit.deficiency... Electrolyte imbalance is one of the commonest cause for leg cramps..start increasing liquid intake..and avoiding stagnant position so that circulation is maintained. ..this will definitely help you and to further rule out other conditions can go for evaluation.
Hi there...cramps in the left could be due to several reasons like venous insufficiency, arterial insufficiency, altered posture, increased accumulation of lactic acid due to activities. All of these will have to evaluated and any other associated symptoms will also have to be looked at. So please consult a general surgeon and orthopedic for further evaluation.
