Calf cramps and tiredness
Iam diabetic hba1c 7.2, ,kidney stone with 4mm, Little low vitamin d defeciency, I'm getting so much claf muscle cramps ,bcoz of that feeling  tiredness , Pls suggest what would be reason for that .suddenly it starts sometime iam fine and somedays with calf pain.

Calf muscle tenderness and tiredness can be due to less controlled diabetic or vit d deficiency etc
