Cramps in left upper back
I am experiencing some cramps pain in left upper back not in chest area. The pain is not continuous. Its come and goes away Why it is?

Tab cipzox(1-0-1)3days after food. Tab pan d40(1-0-1)5days before food. Powerflam spray 4-5 times.daily.
