Hi Doctors,
My daughter tested positive yesterday and here are the details
N GENE CT VALUE 21.29
ORFLAB CT VALUE 23.94
S GENE CT VALUE 25.17
Prior getting the results, she did consulted PHYSICIAN and doc prescribed COVATIL 250(assuming viral fever)
But after consuming that tablet, her throat infection got worse and not even able to swallow saliva.
Her O2 is 98 and fever is at 100 after taking dolo.
Can she continue same Covatil tablet? Or can you please suggest what needs to be done considering it's Covid I am worried.
(She started with soar throat and have all symptoms like running rose, body pains, shivering etc )

1.Tablet.Azithromycin250mg morning and night after food (if she is less than 14yrs)500mg morning and night after food (if she is more than 14yrs) for 5 days
2.Tablet.Ivermectin 6mg(if she is <14)12mg(if she is >14) afternoon for 3days
3.Tablet.Limcee two times for 5days
4.Tablet.Mucinac 300mg(if she is <14)600mg (if she is >14) for 5days
5.Tablet.movsmooth once daily for 5 days
6.Simethicone suspension morning and night 5ml for 7 days
7.take plenty of oral fluids
8.steam inhalation 3times per day
