Covid-19 Positive treatment
I have detected positive for Covid-19 on Today after went for a Test on yesterday as advised by one of the doctor through online (consultation is not valid now) Doctor has given me following test and medicines which are cited below Test Covid-19 RT PCR: Detected N Gen: 22, ORF1ab Gen: 25 Complete blood count: Almost okay expect PCV: 39.60, MCHC: 34.8 Medicines 1: Azithral 500 2: Becosules Z 3: Betadine 2% mint gargle 4: Dolo 650 5: Limce 500 MG 6: Alex Sugar free syrup 7: Allegra M 8: Pan 40 As I am not consultating with the same doctor due to some issue from her end hence could you please advice me that whether above mentioned diagnosis are at par or do I need to follow something else to get cured.. Thanks in advance for your valuable suggestions

as you have not mentioned any symptoms i an assuming you're asymptomatic or with mild symptoms at best..donot go for any tests apart from a chest xray pa view on the 3rd day of your symptoms..further management to be planned accordingly

You need an chest xray,d-dimer and crp value at least..just to verify your lung status..whether it's leading to pleurisy..if you feel chest discomfort or breathing problem do these tests and consult for more details

Once you are Covid 19 positive I think you should consult a General Physician in your area for physical consultation. Your test results must have been reported to local health authorities (CMO OFFICE) and they will decide about your home isolation and treatment. In the meantime you can take the treatment as advised.
