Hi., I can understand your concern.
It can be due to infection.
Take tab augmentin 625 twice a day after food for 5 days
Tab pan 40 twice a day before food for 5 days
Syp. Ambrolite s twice a day after food for a week.
Tab immu c once morning after food for one month.
Tab montek lc at night after food for 5 days.
