Correct time for planing a baby
Like I am 104 kg and having thyroid and taking 150 mg thyronm and doing proper gym and exercise and deit still weight is not reducing so can u suggest with correct time to planning a baby and how to reduce the weight

How much time has passed since you started doing proper Gym exercises? It is a long drawn affair, visible results may come after 6 months. Better than that you should try Yoga under the guidance of an expert Yoga Teacher who should come to your house and give personalized attention.

Focus on losing your weight first before planning a pregnancy. As obesity can lead to maternal complications during pregnancy as well. Get a dietician opinion and a personal trainer to help you lose weight. Keep thyroid levels, blood sugars and BP under control. Take Tab Folic acid 5mg once a day pre pregnancy. Since you are 25 years now and if you have no infertility issues, you can wait till you reach optimal BMI to start planning a pregnancy.
