150 mg Ecosprin first trimester
Hi, I'm 5 weeks pregnant (2nd baby) and doc has prescribed 150 mg Ecosprin. I have a history of missed miscarriage. However in my previous normal delivery pregnancy, I took only 75mg Ecosprin dosage. I don't have any bp, sugar or thyroid issues. Pls advise if 150 mg is a high dose for me or should it be reduced? I'm 38 yrs old with no health issues.

In your case Ecosprin seems to be an empirical treatment. So dose becomes irrelevant.

Milligram of ecospirin is determined by the weight of the patient This medicine is known to increase microplacental circulation Keeping in mind your age and previous abortion you should take this medicine
