Since age is on the higher side the oral contraceptive has side effects.So it's advisable to go for permanent methods like copper T insertion or permanent methods like tubal ligation

Go for intrauterine cut insertion ,Cu-T will be best option for you ,no hormones,no risk of weight gain,no need to remember to take tablet etc
