Continuous pain in shoulder
I have been a continuous pain in my one side of shoulder since 6 months. Now, I also feel numbness sometimes in my hand. I have taken different pain killers but these painkillers don't work. Please suggest me that what should I do now?

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.. Warm up and cool down is a must.

A thorough assessment is needed for an accurate diagnosis. As shoulder radiating pain and numbness can manifest due to a variety of reasons including cervical spondylosis, periarthritis shoulder, cervical raduculopathy, nerve root impingement, trigger points, neuropathies, diabeties mellitus etc.

This type of pain can be due to frozen shoulder or sometimes cervical spondylosis.
