I feel a continuous pain in back side of my legs, Between knees and ankle (पिन्डलीयो में ). I feel momentary relaxation by sitting crossed legs. What cud be the possible cause and cure?

Pain in back side of leg in between knee and ankle joint in standing position is due to iron deficiency... Or second reason of pain in back side between knee and ankle joint is spinal stenosis ( It is back problem) These two more common problem in back side of leg pain.
