Normally my motions are free and normal and I am a regular goer daily in the mornings. But of late I am experiencing constipation, however there is no abdominal pain or otherwise but stool is very hard and does not come out easily, has to apply pressure; kindly advise me the best lactation for getting rid of this constipation problem.
