For treating Constipation-Indigestion-Acidity issues,
When should Saunf and Ajwain boiled water be used..
Also,should we drink only water and thrash out Saunf and Ajwain after boiling or should we eat it??
Also,what is the proper time to have that water?..Before or after meals??
