Constipation
I have severe constipation after a c section 2 weeks ago. My doctor recommended duphalac syrup but it's been 48 hours and no improvement. Please help. Should I use a suppository?

Please let your Doctor who did your Caesarean and who advised you Duphalac manage your case further. You can ask him if you should use a suppository.

Since surgery is a trauma to your body and anesthesia having an additive effect, resumption of regular bowel movement is sometimes delayed or is disturbed. It can be aided with certain conditions. Duphalac is one way to tackle it. Consult with proper history for apt management and advice.
