These are all gastric issues . Ayurveda has very good treatment for these problems. Avoid all the oily , fried , spicy and maida food . Hello Ma'am don't worry,Take Decoction of fresh Giloy Tinospora cordifolia Mulethi Glycyrrhiza glabera anjeer Draksha Tulsi black pepper etc at morning,Tab Triphala Himalaya 2 at night with Lukewarm water,Sat isabgol 2 tsf at night with Lukewarm water, Apply Jatyadi ghrit locally

U must plan ur diet. Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits,greengramsprouts. Drink enough water,buttermilk. Avoid refinedflour maida.,oily spicy food.,nonveg. Walk,exercise,and yoga for an hour everyday. Sleep leisurely at night for six hrs atleast Avoid daysleep. Substitute millets for rice.
