First you need to visit a dentist as its paining constantly. And get an x-ray done to know the position of the tooth whether its erupting straight or tilted. It may need extraction depending upon its position and the severity of the pain.
Next Steps

Dear Practo User, For symptomatic relief you can take pain killers, do warm saline rinses but a final treatment plan can only be given after clinical and radiographic examination. Kindly visit a dentist nearby. Your tooth if not erupting in proper position, might need removal. Regards Arham Dental Care Delhi
