Dear Practo User,
For symptomatic relief you can take pain killers, do warm saline rinses but a final treatment plan can only be given after clinical and radiographic examination.
Kindly visit a dentist nearby. Your tooth if not erupting in proper position, might need removal.

hello, you can do warm salt water rinses as a home remedy. but this will give only temporary relief from pain. you need to visit a dentist and get it checked.get an x-ray done. the best treatment for wisdom tooth is to get it removed.
If there is constant tooth ache there might be infection in the teeth if teeth has come out totally then rct can be done or otherwise we need to remove the wisdom tooth
Visit an oral surgron and get a x-ray done. If the tooth is impacted it is better to get it extracted. Warm saline gargles 2-3 times a day might give you some relief.
