Constant Lower Back & Leg Pain
Hi. I have constant pain in my lower back portion as well as throughout my legs (mostly in thighs). This pain aggrevates with usage of AC or during the rainy / colder days. I have a history of femur fracture and had a rod in my thigh for 2 years and that's also one of the underlying issues. The pain gets so bad that I am unable to sleep or survive the day without pain killer. What should I do?

Needs clinical examination. Start with anti inflammatory medicines, walk, posture care, exercises. Need to rule out nerve pain.

What is your profession? How much do you require to sit and how do you sit? The pain seems to be of muscles due to poor and continued sitting. Such sitting leads to weakenss and stiffness of the muscles of lower back and thighs. When one tries to walk on such muscles then you get pain and then one rests more to avoid pain thereby increasing the problem.
Next Steps
ergonomic sitting and working atmosphere such that back is in neutral alignment. frequent breaks from sitting or standing or lying. stretching exercises
Health Tips
we can do a teleconsultation if you want

Your present symptoms don't appear to be related to past femur fracture. It is related either to your back or hip joint.
