Constant Anxious feeling
Sometime, I too worried about the things which are not in my control and when things go pass away I feel better and normal now. I dont know whether is it problematic or not but thats true I feel very anxious for a matter which is really not need to worry too much. Is it a problem ?

Anxiety ,worry,too much stress-these are the main causes of such problems. If u face ur problems in ur own and solve them then nothing gonna problem u.To manage anxiety u must empty ur mind,u must have controll over ur emotions.Try to thought rationally.To manage anxiety u may follow this steps- for overall health 1.sleep 8 hrs at night. 2.avoid too much social media. 3.avoid too much use of mobile pc laptop. 4.avoid mobile pc 1hr before sleep. 5.before sleep may hear good music,or read a good book or  can watch a good movie. 6.workout daily or regular morning walk or join gym. 7.Share ur thoughts with ur parents or good friends. 8.Concentrate on ur work,study,passion, hobby. 9.Maintain proper diet. 10.Take proper protein supplement and some time multivitamines. If symptoms persists then consult psychologist for counselling sessions and if medical help need then Consult psychiatrist.

Hi, Yes it could be a problem if it is distressing you or your Functioning is getting affected...i.e you might be suffering from Anxiety disorder...If not then try lifestyle changes like exercise, meditation..healthy regular meals,avoid too much caffeine/ alcohol..don't be isolated...And if yes then Consult a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and Management of the case.. Regards
