Confused regarding this
I'm confused regarding this.
If I'm lying on the bed and swallow the saliva so it was go to my stomach or the possibility is that I can also go lung also. As way(pipes) to both lungs and stomach is near.
So as everytime when I need to swallow it I have to get up and then swallow.
Please clear this.

You are underestimating the wisdom of God Almighty compared to your own wisdom. Please come down to the mother Earth and see the things in true perspective.
You are not the only one whose saliva can go into your lungs. It can happen with anyone. But no one gets worried about this aspect and starts asking questions.
So first thing, please consider yourself as one of the Eight Hundred Crore human beings on this Earth all of whom have similar Anatomy and Physiology.
You will stop thinking about this.

When you swallow to your lungs. You generally respond by cough. Aspiration is not a usual scenario.
