How high is your BP?
What is your weight..
Do regular exercise ,low salt diet ..
Try to reduce ur weight.
Keep BP charting..
If persistently high..u may need medication ..
Take medications
Brisk walking for 40 min daily
Yoga / Exercise
Drink lots of liquids
Dietary modification to low salt , fat and oily food
Regular monitoring and Charting of BP
First of all...ideally u need 24 hour ambulatory BP monitoring to diagnose as high BP...
And a young onset of high BP needs evaluation...to rule out anything causing it...because curing that cause will reduce ur BP
