Dear student, you have recognized rightly that making a time schedule for daily studies is very important and more important is to adhere to the same. Some steps that can help you concentrate better in study can be- 1. Make a time schedule and adhere to it 2. Take 10-15 min break after 45-50 min of studies 3. Take a walk/ talk to family or friends in these breaks 4. Do not use mobile in duration of study or even during study breaks 5. Designate a place for study with minimal disturbances and ample lighting 6. Take a walk or exercise daily to improve concentration 7. Meditation/ yoga/ relaxation exercise are likely to help concentration 8/ avoid use of alcohol/ tobacco etc 9. Revise what you study and discuss with your friends 10. Review your progress about adhering to such plan on regular basis. Hope this helps you, in case you still fell such difficulty please contact a counselor or psychologist near you... Best of luck..
