Why can you not concentrate. Try making your subjects/ topics interesting. Draw diagrams, make tables, mnemonics, write it down, read aloud, etc.
Are there any other problems? Sleep disturbance/ anxiety/ fearfulness, etc?
If it continues, Consult a psychiatrist.
Stress might be the cause but need more information like , ur attention and concentration since childhood, any medical illness, sleep pattern , pervasive mood and interest in daily activities, hopelessness , self confidence , appetite, tiredness , sexuality etc etc ....any breathing or movement issues during sleep .....
