Conceiving after Ectopic
I'm 33 years old. Trying to conceive for three years for first baby, conceived twice in three years, first one was missed abortion in six weeks.. second one (aug 2019) was twin pregnancy- one foetus in uterus and other in right fallopian tube. Uterine pregnancy was miscarries at six weeks( at that time the ectopic one was not detected) , the ectopic one was detected fifteen days later and it caused tubal rupture because of which right tube was removed via laparoscopy. It's been six months now. Should we start trying again naturally? ( also, one 2cm haemorrhagic cyst was detected in left ovary after laparoscopy which I have not followed up. Period is regular) should we start trying?

There is a chance of ectopic pregnancy again as the risk has increased due to previous history. Also you have had two miscarriages, so few investigations need to be done as pre- conventional checkup.

You can plan but before planning for conception, kindly get yourself evaluated for the cause of recurrent abortions.

You can try naturally. But, you need to be evaluated for the cause of previous miscarriage. There a chance of similar problem with future pregnancy. Thanks

Evaluation of causes for repeated abortions is to be considered.also checking for patency of the  other fallopian tube( open or blocked) is advisable too
