We cannot predict next pregnancy from previous one if it has happened only once. There may be multiple reason for the loss.
But you need to consult doctor in preconceptional period for proper guidance and smooth running of your pregnancy
If you have previous pregnancy loss then chances of getting bad pregnancy outcome is low in next pregnancy but as compared to female with live birth your chances slight increase (I mean it depends on history of any disease, bad habits, any surgical history , and other personal history)
So please consult nd get advice
Do regular checkup and anc visit with doctor this will keep u and yr baby healthy.
