Fatty liver have improved slightly, kidney stones are still there in multiple,though size is small.
Follicular cyst also there, not significant.

Fatty liver is improved from the past report. Number of renal calculus are also decreased. Based on size of renal calculus, you can drink more water that can help in passing the stone. Simple follicular cyst in ovary is not that significant. Overall, based on both the reports, you have improved.
