My mom is suffering from pain while passing stools from 1 year......we thought it is piles but colonoscopy reveals Diverticulosis...., doc suggested MRI of perineum & MRI is done today & vr waiting for d reports.....Im really worried abt my mom... plz help us abt d treatment & how to getrid of dis problm sir... Thanku

Diverticulitis is now becoming common. Often CONSTIPATION is the cause. Depending on degree of INFECTION, or associated SYMPTOMS she may either need surgery or just medical management.
