Anal pain after passing stools
I'm having a sharp pain after bowel movement for the past 1 month, and near to the anus a small tiny lump with pain and itching is also observed sometimes,
I have visited pharmacists and he suggested
mupirocin ointment and Annovate ointment to apply after passing stools..sometimes pain subsides sometimes pain aggravates severely kindly suggest some antibiotics / any ointment or better to consult a specialist...

[ ] Hi, lump at anal canal may be due to a perianal abscess and this generally pains. Other causes are of external hemorrhoids with doesn't cause pain but occasionally when get thrombosed causes pain. A skin tag formation secondary to fissure in ano also presents same but that pains. Kindly get evaluated physically. You may require a short scopy done to rule out above problems. Feel free to ask any further quary related to your problem. Regards.
