Hello, Instead of taking any kind of supplement, make lifestyle changes. Include foods rich in collagen: 1) Fish like tuna and salmon, 2) Green leafy vegetables, 3) Berries, citrus fruits, 4) Soy, 5) Walnuts, all the seeds (sunflower, fax seeds, pumpkin seeds, etc)

Hi Instead of taking a collagen powder you can include the foods in your diet for a healthy skin as various Vitamins are involved  in the formation of the collagen. You can include following foods for healthy skin 1.Fatty Fish 2. Avocados 3. Walnuts 4.Sunflower Seeds 5.Sweet Potatoes. 6.Red or Yellow Bell Peppers 7.Broccoli 8. Tomatoes 9. Soy 10. Dark Chocolate
