Cold and runny nose
My son is having bad cough since last 6 days . I have been giving montair ls but not helping . Can anyone pls suggest some good medicine for relief from cough and cold .
Pls understand currently due to some unavoidable reasons unable to take him to the doctor outside.

1). Syrup sinarest 5 ml x po x TDS x 5 days , 2). syrup Azithromycin (100mg/5ml) 5ml x po x od x empty stomach for 5 days
3).take warm water to drink
