I have hard and clogged milk ducts in one of my breast so baby is not latching properly from that breast... I'm hand expressing milk but the breast has become very hard ...my question is can I give that milk to the baby or not..coz a lot of milk is coming out from that breast

You can give that milk to the baby no problem. Apply ice pack to the breast to unclog the breast. If it doesn't recover consult a lactation nurse or consult your doctor regarding metoclopramide injection.

Mam ur doing everything right. Try to expres milk at regular intervals either by hand or by breast pump. U can use the expressed milk to feed the baby within 2 to 3 hours from expressing.
