Milk production is decreased..i hardly have few drops on left breast n no milk on right breast..my baby is 100% on formula this really pains me ..I eat everything that's important like milk twice with shatawari, bhakri, methi sabji, aliv kheer, nothing is much helpful...my baby latches well if I give him bf but as there is no milk there is no point giving him to latch..
