Chronic constipation and low weight
I am diagnosed with gastritis and chronic constipation. For this, doctor has prescribed me with (Razo D at night and Nexpro L in the morning for 10 days). I am having severe gas along with chronic constipation as well from many years. Then many times i have On and Off diarrhea as well. What diet routine must i have? I have high Eosinophila consistently in blood reports as well. Please tell me the next course of action. Thanks.

Eat home made food small frequent meals. Avoid eating out , specially fried food, include salad 2 times in your diet , your diet should ne balance. And do regular exercise this the best think for your good digestive system. For 45 min . Avoid stress.
