Sitting for long periods of time can make this problem worse. especially exercises seems to help.Avoid alcohol, coffee,and spicy foods such as hot peppers, chili, pickles, and salsa, especially if they make your symptoms worse. deep breathing, relaxation, light exercises and elimination of stressful circumstances. Stress may make your symptoms worse.
