I don't want to go for extraction. is there way to protect her teeth till it goes off naturally and permanent teeth comes? I do brush her teeth twice daily but front teeth are very Sensitive so I just apply tooth paste with my finger and massage. please suggest

Hi, please do visit MDS (PEDODONTIST) for the same. X-ray will be taken after which it will be clear what treatment the child needs. Either pulpotomy or pulpectomy are the most usual treatment options

Consult with a dentist

Since the child is small so its difficult for her to settle down n get her treatment done, so its advised to take her to a PEDODONTIST (child specialist in dentistry) he/she can guide you what is better for your child. Generally if 1/3rd of a tooth is broken then it can be repaired with a filling, but if more than 1/3rd is gone then Root Canal is mandatory followed by capping. It's necessary to preserve these teeth till the permanent one's arrive as these act as a guiding path for the permanent one's.
Next Steps
Visit a pedodontist and try to restore them with filling or RCT and capping.
Health Tips
Do not go for extraction until the teeth are mobile.

Hello first and the foremost aim would be to preserve the milk teeth until it's right time for them to fall off. Please consult a pedodontist if available in your area or atleast take your child to any available dentist nearby and educate yourself about treatment options available.  She obviously needs treatment.
Next Steps
visit a dentist ASAP
Health Tips
Don't try the wait and watch approach without consulting a specialist.

As per your history ,it appears that she will need root canal treatments for her discolored teeth. But she is too young to cooperate in dental clinic. You need to get consultation done from dentist,if child is cooperative, treatment can be considered.Pain during treatment may not be a serious issue if teeth pulp is not live. Certainly no need for extraction of her teeth.

The child needs a consultation with a Pedodontist or child dental specialist who would diagnose the problem and then tell you the right treatment and the various options weather it would be done under local Anesthetic or would require general anaesthesia or the correct age at which the treatment would be started for best response
