There is no direct relationship of wisdom tooth to the pain associated, go for self evaluation of symptoms like pain trigger point like pain of sleep of same side or while washing face or while air touches the face and timing of pain , if this things matches then think of nature of pain , this are the symptoms of neuralgia i.e one of the cause !!
