1. Dr. Can a diabetic patient take flax, pumpkin, sunflower, black sesame and CHIA seeds in powdered form and when should I take it. 2. And can normal people also take these seeds 3. And can all blood groups take these seeds.

Hi All these seeds have some funtional component a in them. And there are sufficent scientific studies to support these. A diabetic and nondiabetic person can have these. But the dose-time-when to eat needs to be finalised by a nutritionist or a dietician. Flexseeds Have a positive effect on diabetes and CVDs. Chia seeds are equally beneficial. Hi...., there is no evidence that these seeds will control Diabetes mellitus.... Eat less Trans fats from partially hydrogenated or deep-fried foods Packaged and fast foods, especially those high in sugar, baked goods, sweets, chips,... Eat more of High-fiber cereals and breads made from whole grains or legumes.. Exercise can help manage the weight and will improve your insulin sensitivity.... Weight reduction is the main goal of treatment in the patients with Diabetes....
