Vitamin D is low for which you should start with D3 60,000 IU once a week for 10 weeks. Also ECG is normal but you should opt for consultation for proper discussion regarding the need to do ECG. Changes in diet and lifestyle is recommended as blood sugar level is borderline.
Which sided chest pain is this?? Whole chest or only left? check your BP.
If BP comes raised then monitor BP and do ECG.
If whole chest involve then do chest X ray PA view.
Health Tips
all test are normal except vit D3
adv inj vit D3 IM stat 2 dose on interval of 14 days
From what you’ve shared, nothing here looks immediately dangerous. The ECG doesn’t suggest an acute heart issue. Sugar is mildly high, VLDL is borderline, and MPV by itself usually isn’t a problem. What clearly stands out is very low Vitamin D, which can genuinely cause chest discomfort, muscle pain, and fatigue — and often gets mistaken for heart pain.
Next Steps
Start Vitamin D correction (this is important).
• Do HbA1c to properly assess sugar control.
• Basic lifestyle changes for lipids (diet + walking).
• If chest pain persists or changes in nature, get reviewed once more.
Health Tips
Chest pain is scary, I understand — but this looks more metabolic than cardiac right now. If you want, we can go through the pain pattern (when it comes, what triggers it, exact location) and your reports together to be 100% sure and avoid unnecessary anxiety.
Random blood sugar 151 mg/dL → mildly raised, not an emergency. HbA1c test is required to rule out diabetes.
VLDL 31.26 → slightly on the higher side; can be managed with diet and lifestyle modification.
Mean platelet volume 12.4 → mildly increased, usually not serious if platelet count is normal.
Vitamin D (25-OH) level 7.83 → severe deficiency, which can commonly cause chest discomfort, body pain, muscle pain, and fatigue.
Your ECG does not show any acute life-threatening cardiac changes, so at present there is no evidence of heart attack.
Most likely causes of chest pain in your case could be:
Vitamin D deficiency–related musculoskeletal pain
Gastric or acid-related pain
Stress or anxiety-related symptoms
Next Steps
Do HbA1c test to evaluate sugar control
Start Vitamin D supplementation as prescribed by a doctor
Maintain healthy diet, regular walking, and adequate hydration
Avoid oily and junk food
Health Tips
If chest pain becomes severe, radiates to left arm/jaw, or is associated with sweating or breathlessness — seek emergency care immediately.
Hi. These reports are not suggestive of any serious concern. Further tests like HbA1C, OGTT are required to rule out diabetes. You may consult with a physician for further treatment.
ECG is okkay . You don't have to worry . Vitamin d3 levels are low . Take uprise d3 once every week for 3 months.
Try to take this d3 with fatty meal as this increase absorption of vitamin d3 in body
VLDL is slightly above normal , but it can be resolved with Lifestyle changes
Next Steps
Avoid fast food
Avoid alcohol
Health Tips
vitamin d3 dietary source
fish liver oil
egg yolk
fish
butter
fortified milk
ghee
No — these individual lab results alone do not indicate a serious or urgent problem right now:
• Random plasma glucose 151 mg/dL — mildly elevated. If this was taken after eating, it is often normal. If truly fasting/random and consistently in this range, it suggests prediabetes (not diabetes yet).
• VLDL-C 31.26 mg/dL — slightly above the usual upper limit (
Next Steps
• Vitamin D — Start supplementation now (after confirming with your doctor):
• Common starting dose for severe deficiency: 60,000 IU once weekly for 8 weeks, then 60,000 IU Monthly maintenance.
• Retest vitamin D in 3 months.
• See your general physician or endocrinologist within the next 1–2 weeks to:
• Repeat fasting glucose + HbA1c (to confirm prediabetes or rule out diabetes).
• Check full lipid profile (including total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides) to see the complete picture.
• Possibly check B12, folate, ferritin, and thyroid function (common causes of mildly high MPV).
• No urgent ER visit needed based on these labs alone — but if you have symptoms like severe fatigue, bone pain, frequent infections, thirst/urination, or unexplained weight changes, see a doctor sooner.
Health Tips
• For low vitamin D: Get 10–15 minutes of midday sun exposure on arms/legs/face a few times a week (if possible), eat fortified milk/yogurt, fatty fish (salmon, mackerel), or egg yolks. Take vitamin D with a fatty meal for better absorption.
• For glucose/VLDL: Reduce sugary drinks, sweets, refined carbs, and fried/oily foods. Eat more vegetables, whole grains, lean protein, and fiber. Walk 30 minutes most days.
• Avoid self-medicating high-dose vitamin D without guidance (too much can cause toxicity).
• Track any symptoms (tiredness, muscle aches, mood changes) — they often improve quickly once vitamin D is corrected.
These are fixable issues — with simple changes and supplements, most people feel much better in a few weeks to months.

Take uprise tablet one every week for 8 weeks.
Get glucose, Hba1c , vit d,tested after 8 weeks. Further treatment will depend on results.

Uprise d60k once a week for eight weeks followed by one per month for six months a complete therapy by WHO.

You can rest easy the ecg is ok ,the blood glucose is a bit high for random but can be due to n number of reasons ,and as per vit d its a common deficency easily preventable
Next Steps
Take vit d supplements- sachet calcitrol 60,000 iu ,once a week for 3 months ,get a test for d3 again after a few months for progresss
Random blood sugar is not a benchmark for Diabetes, Hba1c is and more precisely is Continuous glucose monitor - CGMS.
But in non diabetic cases Hba1c is the yardstick
Next Steps
We need a previous ECG to compare with as we cannot judge on a single ECG if there are no symptoms
Health Tips
ECG is relatively normal, Take vitamin D supplements as suggested
Chest pain at your age needs to be taken seriously.
Do the following
1. Blood pressure check
2. Blood tests- CBP, HbA1C, Lipid profile, TSH, KFT, LFT
3. Echocardiogram
4. Treadmill test
5. Medications- Aspirin 75mg daily; Cholecalciferol 60k once a week for 5 weeks
6. Consult a Cardiologist
All the best
