Hi..I think he has a tooth infection spreading to cheek. Give him Tablet Tolpa- D three times daily and Ciplox-Tz three times daily after food. Visit dentist ASAP. Regards

It should be a infected tooth giving rise to swelling in the cheek. He need antibiotics and medication to relieve pain. Kindly seek an appointment with a dentist. Mean while do not self medicate.
