Chapped nipple
I see some crack in my nipple and the area near aerola has some flakes like appearance on skin of my right breast. No discharge of any sort. But I am worried what is this, I also feel sometimes uncomfortable sensation near nipple area. And immense sore breast pain 2 weeks before period only in right breast. Ultrasound breast done last year may with birads1 finding. Please suggest if this is something serious. Do I need to repeat breast ultrasound
