Hello mam I am 19 yr female. I am having my both nipple sore from past 2-3 days with right breast pain and both breast sore. I am having cramps in my stomach also from past 2 days my last period date was 10 feb is it a serious problem I am currently taking normoz from past 2 month due to pcod twice a day is it serious
