Cervical stitch
Hi, I am 17 week pregnant.During my 12th week scan,my cervix length was 3.7cm.But when I went to gynae during 17th week for routine check up,My cervix length came 2.4cm.So,they asked me for cervical stitch and when I went for cervical stitch on the same day, they found that cervical length is 1.25-1.5cm.I have cervical stitch now. During,my last pregnancy as well my os opened during 6th month.Can you please tell what precaution shall I take .Can I go to washroom .Does cervical stitch works or not in such cases.

Take Injection Proluton Depo 150 twice a week for 6 weeks Take Capsule Susten 400 twice a day for 6 weeks per vaginum pessary Continue iron and calcium supplements Mothers Horlicks two spoons with milk two times a day

You need to continue taking medications to support the pregnancy. Maintain hydration Get proper rest , don’t exercise/exert Don’t engage in any sexual intercourse
