Cervical spondylosis and disc prolapse
I have early morning tingling and difficulty in gripping objects tight in my right hand that gets better as the day goes. I have done an MRI and attached the report here. Can I treat this without undergoing surgery in the near future? Doctors said the surgery in the cervical spinal region has a high risk of paralysis. I don't want to end up in a wheel chair or bedridden at this age. My hobbies also got extremely reduced as the doctor said not to ride bikes, not to  go to the gym, not to go for a run. I'm already scared and depressed
