Hi
Since cervical spondylitis is more to do with muscles weakness around the neck region, you need to do a certain number of exercises to strenghten your neck region.Your posture, your work culture, your daily activities all have an impact on your neck region.
If you can let me know of what treatment of physiotherapy did you undergo in these 12 sessions, will be able to help you out in a better manner
Neck Exercises.
Neck Stretching.
Postural Correction.
Shoulder Shrugs.
Take frequent Breaks at work.
Core Strengthening Exercises.
Use cervical pillow.
Use Back Support.
Self Massage the back of neck.
The physiotherapy sessions you start will teach you exercises. These exercises need to be continued for much longer, as the muscles around neck are quite small and they take time to build up strength. Please continue doing the exercises safely at home as well for atleast another few months. You pain will gradually get better.
