Cervical spondylitis
How the pain will be reduced. Even after 7 sessions of physiotherapy there is no change in the pain. What are the other ways to reduce the pain

Keep continue ur physiotherapy sessions tk traction and stretching exercise for next 3 days it will work then continue ur exercise and avoid neck bending and use collar at work time

Continue the physiotherapy mam.. u will get reasult gradualy.. u can use moist hot pack and isometric exercises.. find out some exercises for u in you tube.. Hope u get well soon.. Thanks.. Tc

Do neck isometric excercises regularly. Under physiotherapist supervision.aply quick iceing daily twice regularly.
