Cervical spondilities
Dear sir, I am suffering from cervical  spondilities, i am taking allopathic treatment but not working and also I am fed up from the side effects, so sir is there any full proof treatment in Ayurveda or homeopathy. Pls suggest.

Hello Thanks for reaching out. Homeopathy or Ayurveda may help but to hasten the recovery I would recommend you to go for physiotherapy treatment too. Physiotherapy treatment will help you in proper postural alignment and proper toning and strengthening of your muscles in cervical region. As per your age you may have calcium and Vitamin D deficiency as well, please get it checked.

Cervical spindylitis can be treated in easy way, not just by taking medicines, visit nearest physiotherapy center and ask for IFT+US. Take this treatment for a period of 15 days, slowly your spondylities will be reduced completely.
