Cervical radiculopathy
Can I go on driving car with chronic cervical radiculopathy pain? Or wiil it aggrevate the pain?

It will aggaravte for sure. You should use soft collor while driving if its necessary otherwise avoide driving.
Start with physiotherapy. It will solve definitely if you take proper good physiotherapy.
Electrotherapy+Execise therapy+Manual Therapy.
BUT YOU HAVE TO TAKE PRECAUTIONS either you take physio or not or visit to spine surgeon for medication or etc. or whatever. Precautions are must then only you will recover fast.
Use ideal posture during sleeping(Nomal thickness cotton pillow til shoulder blades),reading,work on system or using mobile(use ear phone/dont use mobile while lying porition).
