Hey there! You should get checked offline. Anyhow what I can observe is thoracic spine in kyphosis and there are a lot of chances of ankylosing spondylitis. If the problem began with back ache which has resulted into this then the probability of ankylosing spondylitis taking shape rises. And the lumbar spine curvature is also not in line. There are mild chances of postural issue. It is best to visit an orthopaedician.

Cervical instability is not a common condition...only occurs after motor vehicle accident with head injuries, rheumatoid arthritis etc. There are specific physical tests to diagnose it. Your xray report doesn't pick up any major pathology issues apart from possible postural dysfunction. Visit a physiotherapist for an appointment
