I have been diagnosed with cervical spondylysis. While walking or standing, my waist goes towards left side. Also a bit loss of balance. Can cervical cause this? Please reply.

Your complaints are not because of cervical spondylosis. It could be due to spinal muscle weakness or hip weakness.
You should consult a Neuro physician or a physiotherapist in person for complete assessment and treatment.
It is not cervical spondylosis, it is related to spine, may be the posture needs correction, you need proper physical examination.

For sideways shift of waist that you have stated,you need a proper postural analysis and xray imaging to determine weather it's Scoliosis or not.Cervical spondylosis does not cause Scoliosis.You need thorough neurological assessment for balance also.
